Onofre Borneo es el seudónimo del músico y escritor Felipe Reyes, quien toma este nombre de uno de los personaje de la novela Umbral, del escritor chileno Juan Emar.
Como escritor, ha incursionado en el relato, la crónica literaria y la entrevista en distintas publicaciones nacionales. Es autor del libro Nascimento, el editor de los chilenos, obra ganadora del concurso Escrituras de la Memoria 2013, realizado por el Consejo Nacional de la Cultura y las Artes.
En la militancia musical, es miembro del dúo Hermanokiltro, quienes en el año 2013, fueron incluidos en el disco compilatorio del Colectivo Pacific Indie. Ese mismo año, Pasajero del viento, fue el tema elegido para acompañar el video promocional del Festival de documentales de Santiago, FIDOCS.
En 2014, Onofre Borneo fue incluido en el disco Neo pop para robot vol. 2, del sello Gata Records.
